OK, I'm in over my head here. What I'm thinking of is a box similar to the succession box which links, in the center, to the street (indicating which side, NESW) and block with space to indicate the address (and perhaps the lot #?). Then the flanking boxes would indicate the direction to the neighboring address (or intersecting street with links to the next block) with an appropriate link. It gets more complicated the more I think of it, but the main point is to be able to "navigate" a street by clicking through the boxes.
