The Park at Sunderland, formerly Forest Ridge Apartments is an apartment complex located at 660 Valley Crest Drive near Pinson Valley Parkway. It is owned by Vazza Real Estate Group of Massachusetts and managed by the Alltrade Property Management of Louisville, Kentucky.

The complex, which was built in the 1980s, is comprised of 14 two-story buildings with units of one to three bedrooms ranging from 709 to 1,185 square feet. It also features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, a playground, and a clubhouse.

On February 7, 2010 (Super Bowl Sunday) a woman was found dead at the complex, an apparent victim of homicide.

In September 2019 Blue Magma Residential of Florida sold the property to its present owners for $20.1 million.
