The Park at Sunderland Apartments, formerly Forest Ridge Apartments is an apartment complex located at 660 Valley Crest Drive near Pinson Valley Parkway. It is managed by Alltrade Property Management of Louisville, Kentucky.

The complex, which was built in the 1980s, is comprised of 14 two-story buildings with units of one to three bedrooms ranging from 709 to 1,185 square feet. It also features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, a playground, and a clubhouse.

On February 7, 2010 (Super Bowl Sunday) a woman was found dead at the complex, an apparent victim of homicide.
