The Eagle View Apartments (formerly Mountain Top Apartments) are an apartment complex located along Eagle View Drive (formerly Mountaintop Court South) on Red Mountain near Crestwood Boulevard and above the Eastwood Festival Centre.

Four of the complex's apartment buildings were damaged in a landslide that occurred during construction of the Festival Center in March 1988. Two other buildings near the slope were deemed unsafe the following winter and residents were relocated.

The complex is currently managed by Hubbard Properties.
