Thomas Sidney Banks, Jr (born August 20, 1948 in Birmingham) is a former professional football center who played ten seasons in the National Football League for the St Louis Cardinals. He later played with the Birmingham Stallions of the United States Football League.

Banks played for John Carroll Catholic High School and the Auburn Tigers. He joined the Cardinals via the 1970 NFL draft. Banks was inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame in 2001.
