Thomas R. Dewey (born August 3, 1978 in Birmingham) is an actor and screenwriter.

Dewey, the son of Sam Dewey and Martha DeBuys, is a graduate of Mountain Brook High School and Princeton University. He and Greg Bratman, acquainted in college, began writing and performing together in New York City in 2001. After spending a summer training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, England, Dewey landed a part on "Guiding Light" and subsequently moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting roles.

Dewey was cast as Michael Dowling in the 2004 WB network series "The Mountain". Since then he has had small roles on "What I Like About You", "Cold Case", "Grey's Anatomy", "Roomies", and "Criminal Minds" and a recurring role in the ABC Family series "Roommates". He also appeared in the films 17 Again, Unearthed, Fist in the Eye, and I'm Reed Fish.

Dewey teamed up with Bratman again to develop pilots for television series. One of those, "Sons of Tucson", was picked up by the FOX network, debuting in 2010.
