The Tower Court Apartments are a cluster of small apartment buildings located on the northwest corner of 14th Street and 11th Avenue South in the midst of the UAB campus.
In October 2008 the Birmingham Zoning Board of Adjustments approved a request by the property owner to demolish the apartments and construct a new CVS pharmacy on the site.
