V Apartments (formerly Vestavia Garden Apartments) is a 50-unit, 6-building apartment complex located at 1904 Vestavia Court, behind Regions Bank off of Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills.

It was constructed in the 1960s as the first apartment complex in the suburban city.

It is currently owned by Elton Stephens Jr, who sought financing from Berkadia to purchase and renovate the complex with more open floor plans, upgraded kitchens, new finishes, exterior repainting and signage in 2017. The complex is leased and managed by Arlington Properties.
