Valley Crest Apartments is a 176-unit apartment complex atop the ridge between the Palisades shopping center and Valley Avenue, at 316 Beacon Crest Lane in Birmingham's Glen Iris neighborhood.

In 2021 the complex was purchased for $13.3 million by an affiliate of a private equity firm which includes J. Matthew Bodnar and Chris Sanders as partners.
