El Paso Wildflower Preserve is a gated preserve developed by the Freshwater Land Trust on the 51-acre Wildwood Preserve located behind Wildwood Centre South which opened on March 30, 2012. It was funded and named for El Paso Corporation, through its affiliate, Southern Natural Gas.

El Paso was looking for a environmental project in the Homewood area and inquired of the Freshwater Land Trust, which had owned the land since 2001. El Paso offered $35,000 to develop the area as a preserve. Features include a 6,000-foot walking trail, benches, and foot bridges across the property's two streams. It is estimated that 15 to 20 species of wildflower and trees are in the area.

Private tours of the preserve are conducted by the Freshwater Landtrust. The preserve is not open the the public and is accessed from Forest Brook Circle.
