The W. L. Sessions residence is a 5-bedroom, 3-bath house at 2930 Rhodes Circle. It was built in 1913 for insurance executive William Sessions. The 2-story brick house with a double-height classical portico was designed by D. O. Whilldin in 1909 with a budget of $3,000 to include hot-air heating and electric lighting. By the time the project was submitted for permitting in 1913, the cost had climbed to $5,000.

The Sessions family resided there until at least the 1940s. According to Richard Dabney, the house was later owned by Dr Lloyd Noland.

In 1982 the house was documented as a contributing structure to the Rhodes Park Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.

The two-story house is currently vacant and in poor repair. Robert Keller is the listed owner.
