The Wood Wade building is a former lumber mill and automobile warehouse now leased by Beer Engineers for their brewery and tap room.

The brick building, constructed in 1932, sits on the corner of 1st Avenue South and 14th Street South, near Railroad Park, Regions Field and Good People Brewing Company.

In 2013, while the building was under renovation for Beer Engineers, a public art project entitled "Before I die, I want to..." was proposed for the east wall of the building.
