'Cross Town

'Cross Town was a newsletter covering the activities of the Birmingham Community Participation Program, published by the Birmingham Department of Community Development and distributed to all city residents in addition to the monthly newsletters specific to each neighborhood.

The 4-page newsletter began publication in 1975 and was suspended in 1987 due to budget cuts.
