117 56th Street South is an L=shaped 8-unit, two story apartment building at 117 56th Street South in Woodlawn. It was constructed in 1968 and re-roofed in 2014. Pye Parson and Alexis Pigott purchased the building in October 2016 for $205,000.
The mural, "The Sky's the Limit" was spray-painted on the blank south-facing end wall of the building in March 2017 by members of the Blank Space Mural Project.
