The 2013 Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival, held on August 23-25, 2013 was the 15th in the annual series.

The opening night feature screening was "Lil Bub & Friendz", a documentary by Andy Capper and Juliette Eisner about internet cat meme sensation Lil BUB and his visits with other famous cats of the internet. Lil BUB and his owner Mike Bridavsky were special guests at the Alabama Theatre screening, and a "Lil Bub Award for Cuteness" was given to the documentary "B-BOY" directed by Vincent Tran and Matthew Simmons.

The documentary feature "Muscle Shoals", directed by Greg 'Freddy' Camalier, was presdented as a "Saturday Spotlight" at the Alabama Theatre.
