2015 Highland Avenue is a two-story office building constructed by developer Murray Cahill. It was designed by Charles H. McCauley Associates with a rooftop parking lot for tenants. The masonry structure was clad with Alabama limestone panels on the front facade. The building cost $200,000 and opened on October 1, 1956.
