2545 Rocky Ridge Lane is a 3-story, 114,035 square-foot office building built in 1989 on an 8-acre parcel at 2545 Rocky Ridge Lane, off Old Rocky Ridge Road near I-459 in unincorporated Jefferson County surrounded by Hoover.
In late 2022 an affiliate of Griffin Realty Trust of El Segundo, California sold the building to an affiliate of Boyd Watterson Asset Management of Chicago, Illinois for $33.25 million.
