Amy Drinkwater (born in Birmingham) is a real estate agent, Christian Jazz vocalist, and founder of Sunflower Ministries.

Drinkwater graudated from Coosa Valley Academy in 1981 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree at Samford University in 1985 and a master of arts in education at UAB in 1988. She has a wide range of musical experience, having been a part of several Christian musical groups.
