Coleman Hudson

Coleman J. Hudson Sr (born September 5, 1894 in Goldsboro, North Carolina; died November 25, 1956 in Alexandria, Louisiana) was manager of the Tutwiler Hotel in the 1920s and 1930s.

Hudson had served as assistant manager of the St. Charles hotel in New Orleans before coming to Birmingham. He remained manager through the change in ownership to the Dinkler hotel chain. He left in 1937 and took over management of the Bentley Hotel in Alexandria, Louisiana. He died there at age 62 and was survived by his wife, son and daughter. He is buried at Greenwood Cemetery in Pinewood, Louisiana.
