Community Gardens Apartments is a 41-unit, 31,804 square-foot apartment complex located at 7806 1st Avenue North in Birmingham's Wahouma neighborhood. The complex was constructed in 1948 and fully renovated in 2015.
In April 2022 the complex was acquired from a west coast investor by an Atlanta, Georgia-based investment firm for $2.43 million.
