David Phillips

David Phillips (born August 2, 1969 in Birmingham) is a landlord, taxidermist and house inspector, and one of eight candidates to qualify in the 2010 primary for the Jefferson County Commission District 3 currently held by Bobby Humphryes.

Phillips graduated from Bessemer Academy. He is married and has two children.
