Empire Steak House

The Empire Steak House was a steak and seafood restaurant located at 1926 1st Avenue North adjacent to the Empire Building. It opened about 1934 and was redecorated ten years later by owner Tom Cumming. The restaurant offered free ice cream with each meal.
