The Faith Church of the Nazarene is a Nazarene church founded in 1991 and located on Alabama Highway 160 at Skyline Drive in Hayden. The church is affiliated with the Alabama North District of the Church of the Nazarene. The church averages about 80 in attendance for Sunday worship. The pastor, since November 2005, is Phillip Sessions.

Fire

On March 24, 2006 the church was destroyed by a fire that started in one of the trailers that made up the church's provisional campus. Authorities believe that the fire was intentionally set, but is likely not related to a string of church arsons that took place in February.

After the fire the church held their next service at the Warrior High School gymnasium. Later they accepted an invitation to share services with Zola Baptist Church. In late summer they moved into leased space in the former Grandma's Restaurant and an adjacent former dry-cleaners.

The church, which has seen its membership grow following the fire, is planning a new building. The fire-damaged pulpit and communion table were salvaged and restored and remain in use.
