Gardnyr Michael Capital, Inc. is an investment banking firm based in Mobile with offices in Birmingham, Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Winter Park and Flagler Beach, Florida. The president is Pfilip Hunt Jr.

Gardnyr Michael's Birmingham offices is located at 2100 SouthBridge Parkway in Birmingham's SouthBridge office park, and is headed by Walter Lewis.

The firm was named in a lawsuit filed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of a lengthy investigation into bond swap agreements between JP Morgan Chase and Jefferson County. JP Morgan settled the lawsuit without admitting to wrongdoing. According to a 2006 state audit, the firm received $2.9 million in payments from underwriting banks while advising the county.
