Gary Sheffield

Gary Frank Sheffield (born January 20, 1953; died October 7, 2016) was an athletic coach and teacher for Vestavia Hills City Schools and a youth league sports official.

Sheffield served as head coach of the Vestavia Hills Rebels basketball team before George Hatchett. He taught physical education and driver's education in addition to coaching various sports, including the freshman football team.
