Price Elementary School and runs from approximately Pearson Avenue Southwest and 24th Street Southwest/South Park Road to the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks at 31st Street Southwest and Jefferson Avenue.

Notable landmarks include M&N Grocery (referred to as Mike's) and the Powderly Laundrette, as well as Powderly Shell at the site of the old Piggly Wiggly at the intersection of 31st and Jefferson.

Most of this area has the phone exchanges of 925, 923, (both shared with Midfield) and 929. Most of the area is under the 35211 zip code, but a small portion around 31st and Jefferson is under 35221, which is served through the Midfield Post Office. The neighborhood is part of Council District 7.
