Ginza Sushi & Korean BBQ is a Japanese and Korean restaurant in the Inverness Village on Valleydale at 5291 Valleydale Road in Hoover. The business opened in June 2006 and features Bulgogi and other Korean dishes alongside Japanese sushi, teriyaki, katsu, udon and yakisoba.
Jane and John Namkoong opened the restaurant in June 2006. After Mr Namkoong's death in 2016, long-time chef and manager Don Shin took over the business.
