Kalahari Pepper Company
The company's original line-up of "African Rhino Peri-Peri" sauces, developed in 1996, was based on Capsicum frutescens peppers grown from seeds originating in Botswana and Mozambique. The sauces are packaged at Kyleigh Farms in Geneva County.
Kalahari added a line-up of blue agave infused cayenne and habanero sauces under the "Café Tequila" label in 1998.
