Oser's Lady Liberty (born September 11, 2002 in New York; died September 27, 2011 in Birmingham), known as Libby, was an English bulldog who served as the live mascot of the Samford Bulldogs athletic teams at Samford University from 2008 until her death.

Libby was owned by bulldog breeder David Oser and his wife Rhoda, who had brought her to many Samford events before formally offering her services as a mascot. She made her official debut at the Southern Conference FanFest in August 2008, and was on the field for the 2008 football team's home opener on August 28, a 21-19 victory over the West Georgia Wolves.

Due to her age, Samford had begun promoting another bulldog, Rex, to share duties in September 2011. Libby died later that month. In November she was posthumously awarded an honorary "Doctor of Canine Humanities" degree.
