This is a List of Birmingham homicides in 1905. It includes homicide cases occurring within the city limits during the calendar year. Note that not all homicides are ultimately ruled to be murder in courts of law.

Listing

  1. E. L. Owen or L. E. Owens, a railroad worker, was shot and killed in the Dude Saloon. police officer Walter Bennett was charged with manslaughter, but state's witnesses failed to appear at court and Judge (Daniel or Samuel) Greene nol prossed the case. Bennett later found work as a Tennessee Coal, Iron and Railroad Company deputy securing the Blue Creek mines.
