Putu Arsana (born in Bali, Indonesia) is a restaurateur with three businesses in the Birmingham area and four more restaurants in Bali, where his family have operated restaurants.

Arsana came to the United States in 1999 and worked in Atlanta, Georgia and in Birmingham before opening Nori Thai & Sushi in December 2013 with Marty Subrapa. The two followed up with Shiki in Homewood and Umami in Lakeview.
