Rick Burgess (born October 3, 1964 in Birmingham) is a radio morning show personality, and is one-half of the nationally-syndicated Rick & Bubba Show which broadcasts from studios in the Vestavia Hills City Center and locally on its flagship station WZZK.

Burgess was born in Birmingham but grew up in Oxford in Calhoun County. He played football at Oxford High School, where his father was the head coach. He then went to Jacksonville State University and worked at the college's radio station.

Burgess' friend at the JSU station, Bill Bussey, got a job as engineer for WQEN in Gadsden and recommended Burgess to be the station's morning show personality. The two began to work together to come up with ideas for the show. Eventually, they teamed up on-air and the Rick & Bubba Show was born. It moved to Birmingham in 1998 to become nationally syndicated.

Burgess and his wife Sherri are residents of Indian Springs Village. Their adult daughter, Brandi, is an actor and activist in Philadelphia. The Burgesses lost a 2-year-old son, Bronner, in a drowning accident on January 19, 2008.
