One Unique Overpass

• My father always denied it, but there is actually some kind of branch from the overpass to the surface. I've been to the location, and subtle evidence suggests there was a traffic signal there. I believe it was used to access the plant from the overpass. Anyone know anything more about it?--Jared Johnson 14:28, 16 April 2012 (PDT)
