Teams For Troops is a Birmingham-based non-profit organization which funds, assembles and ships care packages to active duty American military personnel deployed overseas. The group was founded in 2015 by Jordan Thompson, Josh Pagonis and Michael Krause.

The organization includes professional and college sports team merchandise along with toiletries and snacks, and provides tickets to events for soldiers and their families when they return home. Part of the organization's charitable contributions are donated to research on traumatic brain injuries, a type of injury suffered by both veterans and athletes.
