'Trinity Heights' was an unbuilt proposal for a mixed-use redevelopment of 79 acres at the former Trinity Medical Center on Montclair Road. It was promoted by Berman Enterprises of Edson, Maryland. The developer had the property under contract while creating schematic layouts and feasibility studies.

As proposed, the project was to have included a senior living community,a luxury hotel and office space on the upper portion of the site, and apartments, condominiums or townhouses with retail and entertainment closer to the street. The proposal was favorably received by the Crestwood South neighborhood association.

Plans for the project were dropped in September 2018.
