Uncle Monk’s Café is a diner and meat-and-three located at 16688 U. S. Highway 280 in Chelsea. The restaurant is owned by Kathy Levine and the executive chef is Sean Reidy.
Levine named the restaurant after her uncle Milton "Uncle Monk" McAnally. The restaurant is replete with televisions inside and also outside on a large patio. Poker tournaments and sporting event viewing parties are regular events.
In November 2009, the restaurant began offering an "express lunch" menu with promises of getting customers their orders within 10 minutes. Uncle Monk's is also open for dinner 7 days a week.
