Uptown Villas is a two-story, 32-unit, 8,000 square-foot apartment complex located at 1428–1432 F. L. Shuttlesworth Drive in Birmingham's Druid Hills neighborhood.

The property was acquired by an affiliate of Gladstone Equity Partners and 514 Investments Inc. for $864,000 in December 2019. They sold it to an affiliate of the Sage Investment Group of Seattle, Washington for $1.83 million in April 2022.
