The Killian Building is a 2-story, 4,000 square-foot, brick commercial building on Block 82, at 2308 2nd Avenue North. It was constructed circa 1897.

The Killian Building is listed as a contributing structure in the Downtown Birmingham Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places, recognized in 1982.
