Nolen Wayne Otts (born September 13, 1962 in Moses Lake, Washington; died November 16, 2016 in Hoover) was an artist, illustrator, designer and animator.

Otts was the son of US Air Force Master Sergeant Mackey Otts and Shelia McFall. He resided in Washington, Panama and Montgomery before attending the Alabama School of Fine Arts in Birmingham. He worked as a freelance designer and illustrator and as an art director for WTTO-TV from 1992 to 2008.

Otts died in his sleep in November 2016. He was survived by his wife, Jane Ellen, two step-children and a grandson. He is buried at Valhalla Cemetery in Midfield.
