In 2016 the shopping center was purchased by Continental Realty Corporation of Baltimore, Maryland for $8.4 million. Retail Specialists was contracted to manage the property.
In 2022 the shopping center was acquired by M & P Shopping Centers of Atlanta, Georgia for $9.5 million.
