Kenneth B. E. Roxburgh is a Baptist minister and religion professor. He moved to Birmingham from Scotland in 2002 to become chair of the Department of Religion in the Howard College of Arts & Sciences at Samford University. During his tenure the department's annual Holley-Hull Lectures and Robbins Lectures were begun.
In addition to his work at Samford, from Roxburgh served as co-pastor of Southside Baptist Church from 2016 to 2019. He retired from Samford in 2022 and moved back to Scotland where his children and grandchildren resided.
