The Blue Dragon Academy is a martial arts teaching program run by John Bright-Fey and eight experienced instructors. The academy teaches Qigong-supported T'ai Chi, northern Shaolin forms of Kung-Fu, and meditation. Classes are held at the Senior Lodge at Wald Park in Vestavia Hills.
The academy is part of Bright-Fey's New Forest Way program for contemplative living and learning.
