The Highnote Rock N' Horse Lounge is a nightclub and music venue located at 414 Richard Arrington, Jr Boulevard South and operated by promoter Sam Pilato. The club has hosted karaoke, live bands of diverse genres, and other acts on its two stages.
In April 2012 Birmingham Police broke up an event at which male exotic dancers were performing in violation of the law. Club owners, event promoters and five dancers were arrested at the scene.
