George's Lebanese Restaurant was a Middle-Eastern restaurant, market and hookah bar located at 44 Green Springs Highway in Homewood. It was opened in 1992 and served lunch and dinner. It closed by 2020 and its space taken by Tortas Locas.
A small market section displayed numerous imported foods, gift items, tobaccos and a wide selection of hookah pipes. Pipes were available for smoking with a prior reservation. Televisions were tuned to Lebanese programming, and most evenings the owner George Madi took the orders, prepares and serves the food himself.
