The Gary Hotel (formerly the 5th Avenue Hotel) was a hotel and restaurant located at 1623-1631 5th Avenue North, on the former site of Temple Emanu-El, from the 1920s to the 1950s. In the 1950s it was operated by Chris Gakias.
The hotel's business license was revoked by the Birmingham City Commission on July 29, 1952.
