Bandit Pâtisserie is a bakery and pastry shop founded and operated by Kristen Hall and Victor King at Mercantile on Morris.

Hall and her daughters Emma and Eleanor began secretly dropping off baked goods at their neighbors' doors in 2013, calling themselves the Baking Bandits. That evolved into a series of "pop-up" bake sales, and a regular booth at Pepper Place Market. When Hall and King opened Feast & Forest restaurant at 2nd Row in 2015, it provided a regular point of sale for Baking Bandits products. After the restaurant closed, they returned to market stalls, and also opened a first brick-and-mortar Bandit Patisserie on November 1, 2019 in the former Revelator / Sweet Jon's Cafe location at 2821 Central Avenue in Homewood.

The second location, a retail outlet, opened in late 2020 in the Caldwell-Milner building at 2015 1st Avenue North, near their The Essential restaurant in the Founders Station development in downtown Birmingham.

In August 2022 the business moved again, two blocks east, to 2213–2215 1st Avenue North, part of the Mercantile on Morris development. Hall and King's wine café, Bar La Fête, opened next door to the bakery in September.

In addition to fresh-baked treats, with a focus on croissants and laminated pastries with seasonal fillings, the bakery offers bread loaves, hand-made "pop tarts", and small sandwiches, and serves Seeds Coffee. The bakery's chocolate-almond pear tart was written up in Bon Appétit magazine.
