Pike's Hickory Pit was a barbecue restaurant at 515 West Town Plaza along U. S. Highway 11 in Bessemer. Originally opened in 1975 by J. W. Pike, the restaurant was purchased in 1983 by Indiana natives Wilfred and Cheryl Guillory, who owned and operated the business until its closing on August 16, 2013.
