Morgan S. Smith-Goodwin (born August 18, 1985 in Cullman) is an actress, known for portraying "Red", the Wendy's Restaurants mascot in a series of commercials.

Smith studied musical theater at Birmingham-Southern College and pursued her career in New York City. She won a notable role in the Off-Broadway production of Julianne Moore's "Freckleface Strawberry" and returned to Birmingham in 2011 to play the lead in Red Mountain Theater Company's production of "Sweet Charity". She later appeared in Lena Khan's "Circumstance".

Smith was chosen as the face of Wendy's Restaurants in 2012. The promotion continued through 2016. That same year she was cast as White House staffer Candi Caruso on the HBO series "Veep". She also wrote, produced and starred in a short film, "Haygood Eats" released that year.

Smith is married to Dave Godwin, manager of New York's popular Gramercy Tavern.
