Row5 is a 5-unit rowhouse development on the 2100 block of Morris Avenue in downtown Birmingham's Loft District. It was developed by Jeremy and Anna Erdreich's Metropolitan LLC, designed by BILT in Alabama, and constructed by the Nearen Construction Company. It broke ground in February 2017 is expected to open before then end of the year.
