Hills at Hoover (formerly Landmark at Deerfield Glen and The Park at Deerfield ) is a 320-unit apartment complex located at 3627 Cedarbrook Drive off of Lorna Road and Rocky Ridge Ranch Road in Hoover.
The 365,000 square-foot complex, consisting of 15 two-story buildings, was constructed in the early 1970s.
In 2015 Crescent Real Estate of Fort Worth, Texas purchased the complex for $19.25 million and gave it its present name. In July 2020 the property was acquired by Carlton Equities of Lakewood, New Jersey for $24.96 million.
In 2022 the complex was purchased a Florida-based investor for $44 million.
